Refund policy
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived Within 20 Days
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of order placement, please email ohhello@rustyeyeball.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED and provide your name, email address, order number and order date.
In most cases, this is due to an error in the shipping address provided and the order has been returned to the distribution facility. If your order was returned to the distribution facility, we will hold it for 28 days from the order date. If it’s determined that the incorrect delivery address was provided, you’ll be charged $9.99 to have your order shipped to the accurate address.
Damaged or Mislabeled Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival as you must notify us within 14-days of receiving damaged or mislabeled items.
If you received a damaged or mislabeled item, please email ohhello@rustyeyeball.com with subject line: ORDER DAMAGED OR MISLABELED and provide your name, email address, order number, order date, a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you at no charge.
Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21-days after receiving your order to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Email ohhello@rustyeyeball.com. with subject line: RETURN and provide your name, email address, order number, order date, and the item you’d like to return.
Once your return request is received, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns will incur a $4.99 processing fee.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $4.99 return fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund to your account.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
